There have been no confirmed locations as of yet. However, after looking over the requirements that were initially included in the zoning ordinance requirements, these seem to be the two most likely locations.

Adopted in 2023. One of its goals is listed as Responsible Growth. According to the Master Plan, growth is encouraged in strategic locations where infrastructure can be extended, with limits on intensive development at the city’s periphery unless it matches surrounding character and preserves rural character. How does a hyperscale data center accomplish this?
